VIP works in a ranking system. One shirt will increase your rank by 1, two shirts will increase your rank by 2, and so on. Also your rank goes up by one when you are on REDALERT2's friends list, it is very unlikely for him to accept a friend request.. Ranks: 0 = None (Normal Sandbox items) 1 = Normal (Larger construction base and resize tool) 2 = Super (NPCs, will add more later) 3 = Mega (Currently nothing extra) 4 = Ultra (Currently nothing extra) The price won't change so stop saying to raise or lower in the comments or sending REDALERT2 PMs about it.
